Episode 10239:Last-Minute Spaghetti al Limone
September 21, 2011 6:00 amFood writer Josh Ozersky whips up a delicious pasta dish with a lemon twist. Impress your dinner guests with a delicious Italian meal that can be made using a few ingredients that you might already have in your kitchen.
Are you actually paid to do this? That was so sloppy and lazy, I cannot believe you posted this.
@ Alex, I’m sure he does… but that’s not his fault…. Josh is not a trained Chef/cook, as we can tell. He is trying….I’m actually seeing some improvements… but the universe would be better if he bought OTV back. But a man has to making a living…
i want to steal lemons off my neighbor’s tree and make this now.
Just made this for dinner – delicious. And Alex? Really? Trolling a cooking website? Make this man’s sliders, then we’ll see if you still complain.
And Josh – any recipe for meatloaf you prefer?
, he wasn’t critical of the sliders since the sliders are not on this video. We haven given Josh tons of Complements. I also agree that this recipe is a little sloppy. But I just that’s part of Josh’s charm. He is an insider that somehow wants to be a chef. Sort of like most of the ESPN guys that weren’t athletes want to be athletes also. But the cooking game is different. Perhaps he is homing his skills, to shop a cooking show around. You never know! I only know that I miss the Old OTV. It was some of the best content on the internet and I come back every so often to see if the site is back on that track. Josh might be too busy for that shit…..
I also keep coming back looking for OTV…. oh well nothing last forever
You broke the spaghetti?
I always break the spaghetti the exact same way. I find it makes it easier to deal with on the plate.
video isn’t playing after the ad is done.
I find it works best to put the red pepper flake in with the garlic and oil. and the pasta can be almost drained of all the water and then placed in the pan with the lemon oil. No need for a mixing bowl. I stopped breaking spaghetti when I learned how to cook it. I recommend watching Lydia Bastianich
Oh, yum, I am so hungry now! Thanks Josh!
thanks for easy and fun just made it with a California chard
Dude I can’t believe you broke the spaghetti in half…
Wow bro. That’s just wrong
