Cooking With Coal Makes Us Human

this was a fun video to watch but I wish someone could have invited Clinton to come and taste…so many familiar faces to me and I don’t even live or eat in New York..so u are doing a good job and so is Iron Chef America….
now josh remember for all your good looking chef friends…I have a daughter who is not just gorgeous and is an actor in Toronto but she is single….if she knew i wrote this…okay erase it :))
the entire experience was expensive and profoundly disappointing …this tape must have been made prior to allowing the public to enter..the vast majority of the samplings were served on some form of bread probably as a convenience but in most cases the food was not well served in this presentation. There were some great flavors but being forced to cook on camping equipment certainly hindered the cook staff and created long lines and rushed presentations….The audio at the butchering demonstration was so unbelievably loud you had to stand so far from the actual show that you couldn’t see anything..needless to say none of our group will ever repeat this experience.
