Yum. My go-to burger is the Oklahoma Onion Burger. A “smashing” classic. I like a blend of brisket, short rib, and chuck eye. I find it has the optimal amount of fat to beef flavor. I have never done that drop n’ pop method, as I have never had that sticking issue you mentioned. Anyway, I hope we get some original content on OTV soon…as I miss it dearly.

I hope others don’t follow Josh’s lead and touch the raw meat, then the hamburger bun and then even pokes the cheese. Hopefully he has washed his hands and we just didn’t get to see that! I have seen the same thing on other episodes.
