Episode 10034:Scallops, From Purveyor to Plate

I was thinking how nice it would be to have a seafood lunch the other day, so I decided to raid the cold room at F. Rozzo & Sons, where A-1 mensch Louis Rozzo hooked me up. Then Ed Brown cooked the things, masterfully, at Ed’s Chowder House. Between these two guys, I was in seafood heaven.

Keeping scallops in a cardboard box does not look exactly hygienic to me, surly a plastic box would be better place to store them, because cardboard box can have bugs in them IMO.
