My friend Franklin Becker now oversees one of the city’s most star-struck rooms, that of the elegant Meatpacking District steakhouse Abe and Arthur’s Restaurant. One of the city’s most talented cooks, Franklin came up with a method to do his steaks that I don’t really like. He tries to convince me otherwise.

Josh tell us the truth you are now home in a recreated bathtub of clarified butter and herbs right now. All kidding aside, great piece. Do other steakhouses use this method or is this a A&A exclusive?
