first….only the Americans know what a bialy is….second …you cannot hand squish a sandwich and third is that my doctor doesn’t believe I retain water when I eat a smoked meat….and he won’t prescribe a diuretic so I eat very little smoked meat.

But Josh, you truly have not eaten anything more delicious than a ‘squished knishe’ and I don’t mean this in a sexual way either…:)) I am pretty sure Noah Bernamoff knows what I mean if he hails from the same part of Montreal that I live in….

alas one takes a potato knishe and flattens it with the grill until it is crispy…thus it becomes a squished knishe.
