Best of 2010..

Eisenberg’s is a small luncheonette on Fifth Avenue and 22nd street. They make tuna sandwiches and corned beef sandwiches and hot coffee and rye toast and you can go there for a piece of cake too. It’s old, has never changed, and I like it a lot. It’s been around since 1929 but has the timeless feeling of mid-century New York. You’ll need to see the video to get what I mean.”

I am so going to this place Tuesday for lunch … a short walk from my office.

And just saw you on No Reservations – yes, I’m behind on my TIVO watching. Thought you’d like to know that our New Year’s dinner will be Julia’s Belgian Beef Braised in Beer – turns ordinary stew meat into tender delicious stew served over egg noodles.

GREAT THE 1ST TIME & 2ND TIME…
